Email my.aliramadan@gmail.com. Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing. Please don't attach documents with personal details; a screenshot of the problem area is usually enough.

Edit the text of a PDF

Open the PDF, tap Edit Text, then tap a red-outlined paragraph. Change the words and tap Done. Undo is at the top right.

Edit a scanned page

Tap Scans to read the text of scanned pages (Arabic and English), or tap Edit Text on a scanned page and it is read first. Reading Arabic needs iOS 18 or later.

Sign or fill a form

Tap Sign and choose Add Signature, Add Initials, Add Today's Date or Add Checkmark. Drag the preview into place, pinch or pull the corner to resize it, and tap Place. Manage saved signatures in Settings.

Rotate, move or delete pages

Tap Pages, then tap a page for its options.

Subscription

See your plan, trial end and renewal date in the app's Settings. To cancel, open your iPhone's Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions. If the app asks you to subscribe again after you reinstall it, tap Restore Purchases. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where are my files?

In the Files app under On My iPhone ▸ PDF Editor. Use Share in a document to send or save a copy elsewhere.
